"I’ve been working with State Farm, Amy Henry & Team from my first car, to my first apartment, and most recently my first home. I couldn’t be more grateful for their consideration, responsiveness and diligence. Safety and security are a top priority of mine, so when it was suggested by State Farm that I add Ting, an electrical fire safety monitor, to our home it made sense. However, the impact of that decision wasn’t truly revealed until nearly a year later when I received a text from Ting that an electrical fire risk had been detected. Ting quickly worked with my husband and I to diagnose the risk, coordinate a visit from a local independent electrician, and make use of our $1,000 credit with Ting to cover repairs. I will never forget the feeling of receiving that urgent text while we were out of town. Nor, the reality that faulty wiring, we couldn’t even see, could have resulted in an electrical fire that devastated our home and home. My husband and I take comfort in knowing that we have agents at State Farm and Ting looking out for home as well."

"I'm currently going through a rough time. My apt was flooded due to a neighbors clogged toilet. A recovery crew was called in. I had to leave my place right away due to contamination. I called Amy at State Farm. Very understanding, within 2 hours I had a hotel room waiting for me. Everyone in their office is quite knowledgeable and easy to work with. I'm very pleased, but , the recovery team hasn't gotten very far at all. Until later...."
